* Bill credit will appear on the bill within 1-2 billing cycles
** Gift card will be delivered within 2-4 weeks. Within the next 1-2 weeks after redemption, you will receive an email from our partner, Mpell, asking you to provide the email address you would like your gift card sent to. Once you have verified your email address, Mpell will email your gift card within 1-2 weeks after that.
